Hey there. I am a very communicative, easy going guy who is living in West Seattle in my grandparents old, single story home on a very quiet, safe side street. I have a very flexible schedule as I work online and like to exercise myself...so your pup will get nice, safe neighborhood walking. Also, I have a multi area yard they can use for any needed toilet breaks and I play epic games of fetch for dogs that can go off leash on a pretty good sized hillside on the back of my property. I also have a side yard completely fenced. I am home almost all day alone and am able to have deep philosophical conversations about the meaning of life with your dog. Your dogs adventures will include, but not limited to: belly rubs, multiple, long rambling walks and discussions about how they don't appreciate you enough. The aforementioned daily adventures will not include any political discussion or feline interactions. Rest assured you will pick up a very happy pooch. Your dog's well-being, comfort, and happiness is important to me and I take the responsibility of caring for them seriously. As such, I really try to suss out their demeanor and plan the day accordingly (ie, senior/house dogs less walks, younger dogs longer harder walks etc) and also make sure they will get along if I happen to accept other dogs during their stay. I only take other dogs if I know it will improve their well-being (play buddies) and keep everyone happy. Notable features of Dogsitting with Turner: -I am petless and childless, so your dog will be my focus -My house is only one story with no stairs, so good for senior dogs -Walks daily spaced out throughout the day and lots of play sessions -I work from home and can accommodate regular potty breaks and feeding schedules -My house has a large carpeted area which is nice on dog's paws and provides a generous play area, particularly if the weather is bad -I have a semi-fenced yard and pretty large hillside I can play games of fetch on -I have a completely fenced side yard that I am turning into a dog playground -I take photos of your dog like paparazzi and you will be graced with them throughout the day -My street is a quiet side street so there are no loud noises or strangers, so very few dogs bark here and it is a calm environment for dogs As per rates for the aforementioned doggie holiday or daycare, they are listed in Rover. Doggie daycare times are 7am to 630pm. Overnight drop off time treated are like Air B'n'B and is in the afternoon. Pick up on last day of boarding should be around midday. If you plan to pick them up in the late afternoon/night, I can accommodate and am flexible, but I will charge a doggie daycare fee as I will be watching them for more time and have adjust my life to do so.
