I have had dogs my whole life and even helped to train some. I used to work at a shelter with all types and breeds of dogs, and have worked with puppies to seniors, low-energy to high-energy. I also briefly worked at a vet clinic as a kennel technician. I am happy to adapt to the dogs comfort and energy levels. I have learned to deal with stubborn dogs, and dogs with socialization issues. I love to play tug-of-war or fetch or simply run around with a dog, but will be sure that they stay hydrated in a healthy way. I am quick to pick up on a dog's specific social cues, such as when they need to go out, when they're scared or mad, or when they want to stop for a rest.
