Troy was flexible with timing of drop off and pick up. He took great care of our dog while we were gone. Communicated well with us and sent pictures. He even helped our dog socialize with his family dog. I will be a repeat customer!

Troy was great and we felt very comfortable leaving Moxie with him. He really went above and beyond with great communication, being flexible when our plans changed, and making sure our pup had everything she needed for her stay with him. Highly recommend.

What a awesome pick......... We have a pup and she can be a handful sometimes and the house was the same as we left it. Pups were happy and he got along with them great, we received updates and pics as well, our old gal enjoyed the extra love. Will definitely be using him again!

Certified professional dog trainer!

Hi my names Troy I’m currently a student attending CU Denver working toward earning my BS in electrical engineering. Before starting school I was in the army stationed with the 82nd airborne. After leaving the army I attended a school to learn how to professionally train personal protection, professional obedience, and a general overview of drug/bomb detection dogs.

I also can work with certain behavioral problems such as aggressiveness, barking, fear and things of that ...

What Troy would like to know about your dog

Before a boarding request I like to meet the dog and kind of get an idea of their temperament. I want to know if the dog is aggressive in any way toward people/animals or if they resource guard.

Then there’s general things like how often they normally get left alone/let out, their feeding schedule, potty/crate training, and of course whether or not you are interested in any training.

Additional Skills
Oral Medication Administration
Can provide daily exercise

When Troy watches your pet

When I first meet a dog I try to figure out what engages them most and more often than not that is with food or toys. Dogs who are very food motivated will get lots of fun obedience practice to work them mentally and physically. Ones who are toy motivated I will usually play a hunting game with where I hide toys and have them search almost exactly how drug dogs are trained. These activities are a lot of fun and challenging for dogs that like to work. Small dogs and lazy dogs get to do whatever they please and I usually find ways to keep them entertained.
