Tristan took great care of our little Oscar two times that we’ve been out of town. We got great pictures and updates while we were away!

Tristan and her entire family were amazing from start to finish. Prior to boarding, she recommended we do a meet and greet a day in advance, so that Teddy could get acquainted to the environment and smells. This made me and Teddy more comfortable, as this was my first time on River and away from Teddy bear. Their home is clean, warm and inviting- just like the family. They stuck to the schedule and attended to Teddy with love and care throughout. She also sent daily updates and pictures (REALLY REALLY amazing/professional photos!). In fact they were so good I used them to update Teddy’s profile. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the entire transaction. I feel so blessed and lucky that Teddy was with such great people. 5 stars without a doubt!! I’m pretty sure Teddy is looking forward to my next trip, or at least looking forward to seeing Tristan and her family again. ?
