In short: Trish was a Godsend for us. My fiancee and I struggled to find ways of getting out of town. Being the proud parents of 3 very different dogs, both in personality and in breed, made it very difficult to find a good place or person to watch over them for more than a day or two. Two of our dogs, a lab-pit mix (who also has separation anxiety) and an American Bulldog mix, are usually disqualified from many boarding facilities unless they are kept in a crate the entire time, which is so incredibly sad and makes us enjoy any vacation substantially less knowing what they are going through. We recently moved into Palos Verdes and struggled to find someone who could watch the dogs. All of our friends and local family have their own dogs so adding 3 more into the mix is too overwhelming for them. When we decided to look up Rover, we had been skeptical at first, since who wouldn't when leaving their beloved pets in the hands of a stranger? Well after meeting Trish, we both immediately felt like we had known her for years. She took to all three of our dogs better than any other person before. She had no problems handling the medication for our tiny old lady dog (chihuahua/Pomeranian) and they all seemed to love her instantly. Although she has her own obligations to family, pets, and work, she made sure to spend extra time with our dogs each day even working from our home so the kids (as we call them) could get extra exercise in. She sent us pictures of them playing and even cuddling up on the couch with her (something we are very accepting of and told her it's their preferred place to be in the evenings). I know that the next time we need to leave town, we will definitely be calling her again. I'd trust her as if she were part of the family. We really can't speak more highly of her, never could I have thought we would find someone who fit in so perfectly! Thank you Trish!
