I love all animals big or small!!!

Pet care experience

My roommate and I share two dogs. Each with thier own individual personalities. So my focus when I watch your pet is to interact with them just as I would my own to help them feel comfortable with me. My experience ranges from raising puppies for show, volunteer rescue work, some obedience training with my dogs and currently providing in home care. I have also helped integrate dogs into new living situations with other pets. I've been spending some free time learning about horses with my friend's horse, Eddie (pictured above). I started dog sitting/walking for close friends and family and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I make myself available to be contacted while you're away so that you can rest easy. I also ask that owners provide me with an overview of the pets daily activities. This helps me maintain feeding schedules, walks etc...so that your pets normal routine isn't disrupted. This will help reduce stress on both you and your animal during your time away. Rest assured when you trust me with your pet...they are my priority and they will be provided with top notch quality care. I will be happy to provide references upon request.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I do not even know where to start. We met Tricia a few weeks ago at the dog park for a meet and greet with our two dogs. The meet and greet went well and this past weekend we hired Tricia to watch our dogs Friday night through Monday morning. We now wish we NEVER would have hired her! Our experience with Tricia started when she stopped by our house Friday afternoon around 2pm. I gave her a walk through and a key. Because one of our dogs is in heart failure I also trained her on how to give her medicine and what times she needed it. Tricia told us she had an appointment midafternoon at 4:20PM which I was fine with because we weren't leaving for our trip until 4:30PM. A couple hours into our trip around 7-8PM I decided to check the doggy camera that we have in the room where our dog’s cages are. Shockingly we saw that they were still in their cages. Giving her the benefit of doubt, I waited 30 minutes before texting and asking how the dogs were, we thought maybe she went to grab food or something. I preceded to text her and ask how the dogs were and she proceeded to LIE to and tell us that they were good and that one dog scratched the other and that they were “just chillin” at the house, while in fact as she was texting us we were watching our dogs sit in their cage!! We told Tricia that we had a friend stopping by to get something (a key to our house) in order to try to force Tricia to show up at our house! Our friend made it our house and had to wait for Tricia to get there. Tricia did not get to our house until 10PM at night. Not only did she lie to us about being at our house, and letting our dogs out. She also lied about giving our dog her medicine on time. We told Tricia that she needed her medicine around 8PM. We called Rover to inform them of the situation and from another state had to try and line up someone else to watch our dogs. Directly after hanging up with them we called Tricia and fired her and asked her to immediately leave our house. This was such a horrible experience. DO NOT HIRE HER.

Tricia took good care of Suki while I was away and left the house clean for me when I returned. Already have her sitting for another trip I have booked.

Tricia has been watching my dogs roughly once a month for the last year. Sometimes just over night, sometimes for 5 or more days. Either way, I can relax and enjoy my time away knowing that my dogs are well cared for while I'm gone. She is diligent about keeping their routines the same. She is trustworthy and kind. My dogs feel safe and comfortable with her which to me is priceless.

I can't say more nice things about Tricia. She watches our 2 Goldendoodles and Himalayan cat when we go out of town. She make sure they are happy and fed and gets exercise. She stays at our house and cleans up before she leaves. We are lucky to have found someone who is reliable and caring to watch our pets and our house. It gives us peace of mind while we relax on vacation.
