I have had a dog since the day I was born and absolutely adore them all! I currently have a 40 pound bearded collie mix who we adopted 2 years ago from the local dog officer, who is quite picky about who she lets dogs go home with and she is thrilled Charlie is with us living the life he deserves, as she put it. Charlie loves everyone and would love to have companions with us on walks and at home as much as I would. My youngest started college this year so I am bursting at the seams to pamper. I have a social work degree, am a freelance writer and artist and have supported my kids running a house cleaning business for nearly 20 years. I am cutting back on the cleaning hours to work at home and would love to add loving up on pups as one of my "jobs" (hahaha, how can something so fun be considered work?!) I have worked with many prominent families in the Rondout Valley since we moved here in 1999 and have plenty of local references.
