Tricia was awesome. My dog loved her and she did a wonderful job!

I left clear instructions for Tricia to follow when staying at our place. They included what time the dogs eat dinner, and instructions for using a brown towel that we left out for her to wipe their muddy paws when they come in from outside etc. Upon arriving home we discovered all of our living room furniture was muddy and grassy, as well as the entire floor of our home, and the guest bedroom she slept in - all from the dogs paws NOT being wiped with the towel after going outside. I clearly instructed her to feed them dinner between 5-5:30 and she messaged me at 6:11pm asking where the food bin was. Their water bowl was also completely empty when we got home. I’m frustrated because my instructions were very clear and she strictly didn’t follow one single thing. Will not be hiring her again to watch our dogs.
