Former Veterinary Technician

Pet care experience

I worked as a veterinary technician and kennel supervisor where I watched over anywhere from 10 to 75 dogs at a time. I have experience with feeding, socialization, training, and medication administration. I'm extremely flexible, and will take any time out of my day to ensure a pet's wellbeing. I'm very calm under pressure, have a keen eye for detail and will not only walk/watch your dog but make sure they are happy and in good health. My typical routine for dog sitting starts with a morning walk, followed by feeding (usually followed by another potty break), a mid afternoon walk, and two walks before bed. I've handled newborn puppies, dogs that weigh more than myself, and older dogs that require special attention. Your pet's wellbeing is my main priority.

Information Trey M. would like to know about your pet

The most vital piece of information I like to know beforehand is whether or not your dog is socialized and can be around other animals. Pet safety is extremely important to me, not only for your animal but also others pets. I want to make sure that the type of attention and environment I bring your dog into will be safe and enjoyable for them.

A typical day

The dog park is always a great place to go, however I know some dogs may not be socialized to the point where it's enjoyable for them. In these cases, one-on-one attention and private walks through less populated areas such as walking trails or secluded areas of a park are always helpful. I know a plethora of training exercises to help reinforce positive behavior while also helping your dog have a great time and stay active!
