I’m the kind of guy to ignore everything around me, no matter what it is, just to pet and express love to a dog. My family has owned a dog ever since I can remember. I currently help my dad with his Jack Russel, who has diabetes which requires her to get insulin shots twice a day. For the last couple of years, I have been periodically dogsitting my friends’ pit bull and rottweiler, stopping in to let them out, feed them, and (of course) play to release some energy. I love all sizes and breeds of dogs— some of my friends even call me the dog whisperer! There is just something about dogs that truely make them a “mans best friend”. I live in an apartment right now that does not allow dogs so this would be perfect for me to fill my void of not owning one myself!
