Communication was off. I was asked an hour prior if I could move drop off back 30 mins which wasn’t a huge issue but when my husband went for pickup at the pickup time on the reservation and I messaged her saying he was on the way she stated she was out for dinner and didn’t know when pickup was. Which resulted in our pickup time being pushed back 2 hrs. From reading other reviews I saw that she sent consistent pictures, which is one of the reasons I booked her but I received pictures only asking twice and was told she would send them when she got back in which ended up being 10:30pm. I sent my dog with just enough food for his three days as I measure it out before packing it and he came home with his dry food barely touched, his canned food not even opened, and his treat bag still full. I also provided verbal and written instructions along with my number if there were any issues so I’m not exactly sure what transpired. I am usually not one to write a review especially a bad one but I just thought everyone should know of this experience that has now scared me from using Rover in the future.
