Pet care experience
I have shared my entire life with dogs, cats and horses. I have been best friends with each and everyone of them. I enjoy caring for other people's companions by caring for them when the are unable. I enjoy all breeds, sizes, shapes and ages. I am a Registered Nurse and Nursing Instructor. My assistant / son is an University student and I, enjoy caring for, playing with, taking walks and bonding with all our canine friends. It is such a pleasure for us to have an opportunity to share time with animal friends. I have many years of experience training horses and dogs. I think your pet pals would agree that they have a great time sharing time with us, being loved and cared for. Tressa did a great job watching our dogs while we were away. She dropped in and played with my dogs and made sure they went outside for potty breaks. They got to know her and trust her. Tressa loved and cared for my dogs like they were her own dogs. I will use her again next time we go away.
Tressa is a true dog lover. She cared for our bulldog like he was her own. Ollie had a wonderful time and did not seem to want to leave (LOL). I am so happy to have found such a caring person to look after our high maintenance pup - his wrinkles have to be cleaned daily, which Tressa had no issues staying on top of.
Tressa and Joe were wonderful! They were great with our very sweet, but very anxious girl, and sent many pictures of her very fun day! It was wonderful to enjoy our event and not have to worry about our furbaby at home, scared or unhappy! So happy we found them!
Tressa and her son Joe could not have been more friendly or accommodating. They took scads of photos, treated my Georgia like a princess, and even extended the visit when I had a medical issue. Georgia had such a nice time she was almost reluctant to leave. If you need a sitter, these are your people!

I want to know what the dog's usual routine, what he/she prefers as well as what the owner's preferences are, including special need. Generally I am perceptive to the temperament of any dog upon introduction and then eager to learn more as a relationship develops.
A typical day
I am avid walker/runner and enjoy walking with canine friends in parks, beaches, in town or neighborhoods. I am flexible to the dog's needs and capabilities as well as the owner's preferences. I personally have a high energy Springer Spanlier who loves to play frisbee, ball and run. He learned to run from his Greyhound brother - so he is fast.
