Travis did am amazing job at taking care of our baby girl. We got regular updates with pictures, and she came home happy after her visit with Travis and his family. And she seemed to have a great time with Opie too! Highly recommend Travis to take great care of your fur babies.

As much as is possible these days, I avoid an online presence: no Facebook, no LinkedIn, no Google Mail, etc. As part of that, I very rarely write online reviews for anything unless I am really impressed by the service. I think I have written 3 in all these years. I am moved to write one now for Travis. I have been boarding my 3 dogs for 11 years, at least two or three times a year. I have tried the boarding at the vet's, at a breeder's, and via Rover.com. They've all been just fine but I've never been so happy or impressed that I've stuck with one. I have always been pleased with all the service providers I've tried on Rover.com, but Travis has been the best in very subtle ways. This was my first time with Travis and so before I left, he asked detailed questions about their care and habits, which I am not usually asked, and haven't bothered giving, figuring as long as my dogs are fed, sheltered, protected, and not abused while I'm gone, I'm happy. I was gone for about 10 days and during that time it was obvious to me that he had interacted and observed my dogs, which says he was paying attention, not just providing food and shelter. Plus, he is everything I respect in a person: intelligent, organized, neat, clean, polite, fit, and a caring person to people and animals. Don't let his super qualities intimidate you, though, cause he is down-to-earth, friendly, kind. I am sure he has his quirks like we all do, but I don't know him well enough to point those out. He is now our #1 go-to when we need dog boarding. (My husband is just as impressed but he doesn't type or I'm sure he'd have chimed in.) Thank you, Travis!
