My wife and I have worked in the animal business for 20+ years. She was a pet groomer for 10 years and I was her dog bather. She now works as a Zookeeper at John Ball Zoo. We have dedicated our lives to the health and wellbeing of animals of all types. We enjoy spending time with our pets and have always cared for our our friends pets when they go out of town. Instead of expanding our fur family, we thought it would be great to open our home to dogs that need a place to play or a place to stay. A typical day at our house involves playing in the back yard, going for a walk and snuggling on the couch at the end of the night. Our two dogs, Misfit the cocker spaniel and Dixie the hound mix, as well as our cat Cannie are very accustomed to having furry guests at the house. When they leave Dixie even gets a little sad and mopes around the house for and hour or two. I am home full time so your pet will be supervised while hanging out with our family. We have a 6 foot privacy fenced back yard and a doggie door so your fur baby can come and go as they please.
