Pet care experience
I have had dogs my entire life, but starting in high school I dog-sat, house-sat, and cat-sat all the time for neighbors and family members. I have experience with dogs as large as Bernese mountain dogs and as small as Yorkshire terriers. Every dog is different, and I take time to learn their rhythms. I am experienced feeding/walking/bathing dogs, and I am very respectful of dogs’ and their owners’ space.

Tracy was great! We are so glad to have found her! She did a wonderful job with Daisy, always sent us updates and photos and took good care of our home. We will definitely have her sit for us in the future. A real sweetheart!
Tracy has house sat for us a few times now for our dog with separation anxiety. She's understanding and attentive to meet our needs. A reliable and responsive sitter we'd recommend to anyone!
Tracy is a great pet sitter. She built a great rapport with both me, the owner, and our dogs. She kept us abreast to her coming and going, walks and other pet related activities and concerns & sent pictures daily. She is very responsive to texts. I’ve been home for just a day and think my dogs miss her. After just one stay I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.
I (we) wholeheartedly recommend Tracy as a responsible and loving dog caregiver. She is one of our family’s favorite people and has taken great care of our beloved mongrels ( some fairly elderly) on multiple occasions while we were away, sometimes for days. She is completely trustworthy and we only wish she still lived closer by so that we might still get her help.

Having frequently walked my own dog in my hometown, I am a very conscientious dog walker and have practice setting a good pace. I am mindful of busy areas and, depending on the needs/traits of the dogs, know how to act appropriately when encountering other pedestrians or dog walkers. I am extremely clean and take care to leave a space at least as clean as I found it.

If there are any special needs or behaviors for your dog, please let me know. I am available for meet and greets as well, to make sure we all click!
A typical day
I walk at a dog’s pace, and I love exploring new neighborhoods/parks and letting dogs explore them too. I know how important sensory stimulation is for dogs, and so I do not rush them along. If your dog enjoys playing fetch, I enjoy it too!

Availability
I have classes in the mornings, but after 3 pm I am free to get some fresh air and walk around the neighborhood with your dog! Our family Westie is at home with my parents, and I miss her dearly. Walking dogs is a great way to unwind for me.
