I keep my own space tidy and as a former landlord, I deeply appreciate and respect the uncertainties of having a stranger in your home. Rest assured, I will respect and care for your home and pets as I would want someone else to do for me. I live in Mancos, but would be willing to travel to the Cortez or Dolores area. My children are grown and I have no pets of my own, so my schedule is super flexible to meet your specific needs, including overnight stays.
