Our first time using Rover.com was absolutely fantastic, all thanks to Tracy! She was truly incredible and went above and beyond in caring for our dogs and home while we were away for two weeks. From the start, we felt at ease and confident with her. Tracy treated our dogs with such love and attention, as if they were her very own pets. Throughout our trip, she kept us updated daily, providing clear communication and even sending pictures of our happy pups. Tracy is the best pet sitter we ever had. We hesitated to write this review because we do not want to share her with anybody! Tracy is a loving and caring person and our dog created a bond with her from the first day. In addition, Tracy's communication skills are superb. She sent us pictures, videos and written updates several times a day and these make us feel like our dog was well taken care. The most impressive fact about Tracy was that she adapted to our dog's schedule and she put her needs after our dog's needs. Tracy stayed in our house while taking care of our dog and upon our arrival, the house was clean and organized. If you need a pet sitter, look no further, we just hope you are not needing her the same days as we do.
