I have always had a dog in my life. As a child in Texas we had two or three dogs at a time as well as cats and birds. I lived in New York from 1988 to 2000 and had a White German Shepard that I trained and walked in Chelsea for 9 years. I have lived in Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, California and Texas and have always had a dog. I moved to Brooklyn 3 years ago with my family; one husband, two kids, and two large dogs Nana and Daisy. Nana has since crossed the Rainbow Bridge but Daisy still walks every day and loves her outdoor explorations. Brooklyn is full of kids and dogs and we all immediately felt at home here.
