Pet care experience
I have been taking care of animals since I could walk, and have dedicated my life to them since. As an experienced Vet Tech, I am well equipped to take special care with your pet. Senior, special needs, disabled, whatever your fluff ball may be I can give them the care that they need. Having worked on ranches and farms in the past, I am also experienced with large animals and livestock, providing general and medical care to horses, cows, sheep, chickens, and pigs. My family, friends, and even acquaintances have long relied on me for not only care but also advice for their pets. I can provide socialization and training services as well as pet sitting and medical care. Whether it be an IV or SQ injection, oral medication, or a simple bath and nail trim, I’m your girl! I look forward to hearing from you.

Tracey was wonderful. She sent daily updates with pics and definitely gave me peace of mind during my weeklong trip, knowing that my dog was well taken care of. She took him to the dog park, took him out looking for squirrels (his favorite) and just seemed to enjoy his company as much as he did hers. I will definitely use her again next time I go out of town.
Tracey was super nice and great with our dog Ani! She was easy to work with and you could tell a dog person. My wife and I will be using her again whenever we are in Boone in need of a sitter.
Tracey was a great sitter for our pup while we were staying in Boone. She was patient with his separation anxiety & communicated with me throughout the stay to ease my separation anxiety, too! We'll definitely rebook with Tracey when we're back in town!

Sitting at a cool 26 years old now (ouch) I believe I have a pretty good system going on how to respectfully care for your pet according to each individual's standards. I always offer a level of personable love to whatever animal I'm caring for, and have the skills and knowledge to apply more specific care if needed.

No preferences, I love pups of all shapes, sizes, and breeds. Any medical or dietary needs I need to know beforehand will be appreciated, and any behavioral quirks!
A typical day
Overnight Boarding: I live in a small neighborhood where I can walk your pup, as well as the state park across the street. I have a two bedroom home with plenty of space to keep warm when not playing in the snow! If you have a motivated pup, maybe they’ll come home knowing a new trick! Overnight In-Home: I am happy to take your dog wherever you are comfortable, whether it be a walk around your neighborhood or to a local park! Day Care (can apply to all of the above as well): I am always up for a trip to the dog park! Socialization is important, especially for younger dogs, and I am experienced in being sure it is done correctly and safely. Also as is aforementioned, if you’d rather it be somewhere you’re familiar with I am happy to exercise them there.

I am a seasonal worker and therefore have no current obligations for the winter months. I can give my full attention to providing for your pet, and seeing that all needs are met!
