Hi! I am currently pursuing a Veterinary Technician degree. During my internship at an animal hospital, I gained experience working with many different dogs with various temperaments and sizes and have had opportunities to apply my knowledge of animal behavior. In addition, I have experience walking the hospitalized dogs when they needed it most.

During my drop-in visits, I will make it my priority to ensure your dog is well fed and hydrated. I will take your dog on a short walk or allow them to play in the yard. I will play your dog’s favorite game or throw the tennis ball around, while also providing photo updates throughout the visit. If at any point your dog has accidents, I will be more than happy to clean it up. I will ensure that everything is put back in its proper place and lock your house and return your keys when I leave.

for dog walking, I need to know if your dog has any triggers that may spook them like children, other dogs, bikes, construction sites, loud noises/cars etc. I need to know if your dog has a tendency to chase after squirrels or birds. I also need to know if your dog has a bite history. For drop-in visits, I need to know where you keep your dog supplies: water/food bowls, dog food, leashes, poop bags etc. I need to know where you keep your cleaning supplies if your dog has any accidents.
A typical day
I will walk your dogs on a nearby greenway or allow them to release their energy in a dog park. I will ensure your dog’s safety while they are in my care by keeping a close eye on other dogs’ behavior and making sure that your dog doesn’t pick up any foreign objects in their mouths while on our walk.

Availability
Although I am a full-time student, I am allotted one week off at the end of each course, so I’ll be available to be with your pet on Monday, Thursday, and Friday of that week only from 11:00am-5:00pm. During which, I will give your dog an enjoyable walk or drop-in on them to check on their welfare when you’re away, while providing the love and affection they need. While your beloved pet is in my care, I will communicate with you throughout the entire service, from beginning to end, giving you peace of mind. We can schedule a Meet and Greet to see if we’ll be a good fit for each other. I am looking forward to meeting you and your dog(s) soon. *The areas I service are Newell South, University City, Dilworth, Uptown, Plaza Midwood, Southend, and NoDa* The following are my dog walking preferences: I am comfortable walking small to large dogs; NO dogs over 100 pounds, please. I can walk two dogs at a time (totaling 100 pounds). I prefer NOT to use retractable leashes. I CANNOT walk dogs that pull. The following are my drop-in visit preferences: I DO NOT provide cat care services of any kind, including general cat care or cleaning litter boxes. I CANNOT administer medication of any kind (oral, injectable, topical, pills, etc) as I am a student and need to be supervised when administering these medications.
