Pet care experience
My son Reece, who is my assistant, and I have always had dogs as a part of our lives.We have been dog sitting for family, friends and neighbors for years. We both have experience in administering oral medication. We have both taken care of our senior dog with terminal illness and all of the challenges that come with that prognosis. We are flexible in our scheduling. We know that accidents happen and we experienced in cleaning up those accidents and returning the home to its original condition. Our goal is for your home to be in its original state and your dog content and happy at the end of the day.

I can't tell you how happy I am with Torryea dog-sitting my two tiny little rascals for three days while I was out of town! :D I've never left them with anyone but friends/family before and one of my dogs, Doodle, has specific diet instructions to keep him from being ill so I was really nervous but Torryea went above and beyond to make me comfortable! She did a meet and greet before my vacation just to meet the dogs, get a feel for the house and talk through their needs. When I was gone, she was precise when taking them out, feeding them and she sent me pictures every day to show me how happy they were (and boy, were they excited to have a new friend!) Each night, she stayed the night at the house to ensure they weren't lonely and to keep an eye on them, following their feeding and potty schedules to a tee which made me feel as though I could really relax on my vacation. I would recommend Torryea to anyone and should I ever need another dogsitter, I know who to call.

A typical day
We are always happy to take the dog for a walk around its own neighborhood. If the neighborhood is not conducive for a walk and the dog is up to date on all of its vaccinations, then we would be more than happy to take the dog to the dog park to play with other dogs. As far as activities much of those will be determined by the dog's age, energy level and disposition. Going for walks, playing catch and getting a good belly scratch are just a few of the activities that we are happy to do with your pet.
