Pet care experience
I have been on Rover for a few years and caring for my own dogs for much longer. Whether it’s a drop in visit or a slumber party, I love spending time with dogs. I’m currently unavailable for doggy daycare at my home and boarding at my home but am happy to travel around the Nags Head area to care for your pets. I look forward to meeting your furry friends!

Tori and June took great care of Cooper for the day. June was happy to have a play date and shared her toys with Cooper. Tori was very sweet and knowledgeable in dog behavior. She was also able to get my dog to eat (which is hard to do the first couple days when we travel). Thanks!

Tori is wonderful with dogs. She often cares for our 3 year old, high energy, but anxious lab-mix, Dakota. She is understanding of our dogs individual quirks and is also good about reinforcing trained behaviors. Dakota is around 70 lbs and very strong, but Tori has no issues taking him on long walks and horsing around with him. She is a caring and compassionate animal lover!

A typical day
I usually go for walks on the beach toward the end of the day and venture to Nags Head woods once the temperatures start to cool down. Typically I’ll just walk around my neighborhood or play in the yard if the heat is too much for long term outdoor adventures

I have a job at a restaurant in Kill Devil Hills. My shifts are usually 11-4 or 4-9. Usually when I watch pets it for walks or drop in visits that I work around that schedule
