Pet care experience
I've been around dogs my entire life: Owned 4 and raised/trained 16 service dogs in training for children with disabilities. I run half marathons, so I'll run with your pup if that's what they like! I have plenty of toys that I've collected over the years for your dog to play with! I love teaching dogs new tricks and commands, and would love to work with your fur baby so they can show you something special when you return! I take pictures constantly, so you will always have an update on your pup. I am comfortable with all breeds, and have the most experience with labs, goldens, and doodles. I am happy to give your pup a bath for a small fee so they come back to you looking and feeling great! I also have experience teaching basic commands to your dog, and would be more than happy to discuss training programs if that’s something you’re interested in! I also have experience with kittens and cats, having had 3 of my own. I'm comfortable with super friendly cats, or cats that want to keep to themselves. I will make sure your cat has food, water, and a clean litter box while you are away. In addition I can offer care for any gardens/houseplants that you have as well!

Could not ask for a better person to tend a shy cat. Tori was great in being consistent in timing a late afternoon drop in. She understands the needs of cats because she has her own cat.
Tori is one of the biggest animal lovers you'll ever meet. She cares for all animals like they are her own. She watched my dog Lucy, and I got constant updates and photos. Lucy appeared to have a great time and didn't really want to leave. She learned a few new tricks that I never get the time to teach her. Tori is great, she is so patient and I was totally confident when I left Lucy with her the first time. I will continue to use Tori as my dog loves her!!
You will not be disappointed with tori! She has been so great with my dog, teaching her new commands! She knows exactly when we get to her house and she is ready for her vacation!

While I live in an apartment, I am close to a park if your dog is friendly and enjoys going for walks! I am also very comfortable caring for cats and all that that entails while the cat stays in your home, usually where they are the most comfortable.

Mornings are preferred for drop offs and pick ups. I do ask that the dog be friendly and comfortable with other dogs. If they have any form of food or toy aggression, please let me know ahead of time. I also ask that the dog be comfortable being in a kennel, that you can provide, for short periods of time. This is for your dog's safety, and to ensure they are comfortable in their new vacation environment.
A typical day
I'm currently training for a half marathon, so I can give your pup plenty of exercise time! If it’s your cat that I’m providing care for while in your home, I love playing with any toys they may have or simply giving them space while being there for visits so they know they are not alone.
