I was so disappointed with Tori. She left my pet in her crate over night when she agreed to stay with her overnight while I was out of town. I trusted Tori in my home and trusted her with my Kai, but I would never use her services again, nor would I recommend her to any pet owner.

We had a meet and greet with Tori and we’re very excited to have her sit for us. She was responsive to my messages which was very nice. She would send pics throughout our 11 day vacation. Needless to say, we were pleased until the last night. She messaged me that she had taken care of everything for the last time and was leaving. I had to remind her that a few weeks prior we requested to extend the reservation until 6-8pm the following night and she accepted. She returned to our house for the evening to complete our reservation. The following morning she left our house around approximately 930. She was gone the entire day and came to pick her stuff up around 5-530 that afternoon. When she arrived she ran inside grabbed her stuff and didn’t even take the time to let our Great Dane, who had been in his kennel for 8 hours, out of his kennel for a quick potty break. That was upsetting to us. Once we arrived home and sat down to relax we found the tv remote was missing. I messaged Tori to see if she knew where it was and she stated she hadn’t seen it the entire time she was at our house. Before we left we specifically laid all the remotes together on the table for her convenience. It’s also on our ring camera where she picked them up to use them day one. I’m not sure why she would just say it wasn’t ever there. Then later we went outside and found that nearly all of our potted plants were dead… totally brown and dead. There were multiple that were discolored and struggling to survive. We have an irrigation system that just needs to be turned on for the grass and plants every other day for a specific amount of time. It’s quite a simple setup. Tori stated she followed our instructions for watering while we were gone. From the looks of the plants I find that hard to believe but what bothers me most about this scenario is that she never reached out to say anything about the plants to see if there was something else to do to keep them from dying. I took pictures to post in the review but that option was not provided. Lastly, she grabbed her stuff in such a hurry that she left some of her personal items in the restroom and food. I asked her if she wanted to pick these items up and she said yes. It has not been a week since we returned and we have heard nothing from Tori.
