Pet care experience
Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE dogs. Growing up with a Boxer, Boston Terrier, and two Persians, I developed a deep affection for these furry companions. My own two dogs became more than just pets; they were like brothers to me. Although my busy schedule as a student-athlete prevented me from having a dog of my own, I find solace in dog/cat sitting and showering affection on my own pets whenever I visit my parents. Now that I've recently graduated from UVA with my master's degree, my availability has become incredibly flexible this summer. I can assure you that I am a responsible, hardworking, trustworthy, and active individual. With a keen eye for detail and a nurturing nature, I prioritize the well-being of your pets.

Tori was awesome and calmed my fears. We were away for a week she took care of our two dogs in our home. One is not so trusting but my the end of the week, the pictures we received were of her cuddling in Tori’s lap and that warmed my heart

In regards to hosting animals- I live in a house with a yard, sidewalks and two roommates who also enjoy the company of new dogs (they sometimes will come with me while picking up/dropping off and on walks around the neighborhood). There are no other pets here, so dogs who don’t do great with other dogs are more than welcome! Just let me know if this is the case so that I can be on the lookout if we are going for walks.

With the owner's permission, I am more than happy to take your dog on walks, engage in playful activities with tennis balls, frisbees, or any toys provided, and shower them with abundant love and affection through ample petting. If your dog relishes long walks, please let me know, as I thoroughly enjoy daily strolls as well.

Having gained experience through dog sitting and walking on platforms like Rover, as well as with my roommate in Charlottesville, I am adept at following pet owners' instructions and swiftly forming connections with new animal companions. In addition to caring for my own older dog, I have also administered medication to dogs while working on Rover. Furthermore, I have experience in caring for special needs dogs, demonstrating my ability to provide the specialized attention and care.
