Hello dog and cat parents! We are Tony and Emily and we never met a dog or cat who was a stranger. A few years ago when we lived in Charlotte, NC, we started hosting/watching dogs after we used the service ourselves for our dog Pumpkin and fell in love with the idea. We took a break because we were moving around but now that we are settled, we are ready to get back in the game! Emily is a Senior Account Manager for a company based in Chicago but works from our home 5 days a week so she is always here to pay special attention to your furbaby! Tony is a professor and his schedule allows him to be home a lot too. Our dog Pumpkin is a spoiled rotten, cuddle bug of a bassett hound who also serves as Emily's full time administrative assistant at her home office! She can be regularly heard on conference calls when the mail man shows up. We have a fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run and we take daily walks to get some added exercise and stimulation. If all this sounds good to you, we would love to schedule a time to meet you and your four-legged better half.

Very good communication during our stay! Very flexible- our schedule got a little crazy and they were so accommodating.Very nice fenced yard to play in. Emily snuggled on the couch with Apollo so he would feel at home. Thank you!!
This was my first experience with Rover, Tony and Emily were very gracious and caring to Maizy my Labradoodle. Would recommend to others and hope to be accepted again.
Archie is very sensitive and anxious dog, But he did so well with Tony. I’m so grateful!
Tony & Emily were great & accommodating with my 9yr old boxer and I got a couple pics & updates during his stay. I’m always nervous leaving my dog with people I don’t really know but Tony & Emily put me at ease. I’m glad I booked with them & I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

We care for our bonus pets just like we do our own. Snuggle on the couch, play with toys, give treats, go for walks, everything we do for our sweet Pumpkin we I do for our bonus pets. Sometimes that means sharing the bed with multiple dogs!

As a dog owner ourselves, we understand the fears and concerns you have with leaving your cherished pup in someone else’s hands because we feel the same way. We treat your dog like it’s our own. We snuggle with them, love on them, play with them and exercise them just like we do ours. They really do become a part of our family.
A typical day
Along with having a fenced in yard to run around, we take the dogs on walks everyday. We understand the importance of letting them explore the world through their nose. There is a park nearby we like to frequent or just walking through our neighborhood. We also have a garden that the dogs can spend time in when. We are outside working in it.

Availability
Emily has been working full time from home since 2011! Their pup Pumpkin doesn’t know what it’s like to not have their human around during the day for potty, treat and pet breaks! Everyday after she closes her laptop, she takes the dogs for a nice long walk to stretch their legs and stimulate their minds.
