We booked with this sitter last minute after we decided to take a quick weekend getaway. At first we were grateful for her availability on short notice. That was short lived however as we did bot receive updates about how our dog was doing while in her care. In addition, I repeatedly reached out and ask for pictures and eventually I got a single poorly taken photo. We decided to cut our trip a little short and pick our dog early because we were concerned after not recieving a single message to let us k ow that he was okay.. After not receiving replies to messages requesting to pick up our dog early we just showed up at her house to find our dog crated even though it was the middle of the day and the sitter was home. When she gave us back his leash it was damaged as it appears she let him chew on it. The very expensive 2lb bag of dog food that we provided for the short stay was not returned. I have used other sitters with Rover and have not had the same issues. Unfortunately I would not recommend this one.
