I've had dogs my whole life. I have ten years of experience working in dog rescue. I've fostered dogs, picked them up from shelters to go to the rescue, walked rescue dogs in boarding, helped at adoption events, helped with rescue transport and been there to help them cross the bridge. I lost my own dog, a sweet Boxer girl, to cancer just this past Spring of 2017 and live with my brother and sister-in-law and their two Chi mixes. All rescue. I also have long-term dog-sitting experience with people who traveled for 2-3 weeks at a time. I will treat your dog like the family member they are...love them like they are my own. Normally I would have given myself more time before getting another fur-child. But... I was asked a few weeks ago to foster a Boxer with Epilepsy and have fallen in love. He's what we call in rescue a "foster failure." That's a good thing. He's my boy now. His name is Jameson and he's stolen my heart and helped me heal. * There isn't a place to list my rate for an additional pet that is a cat. If you book me for an overnight for your dog/dogs, I charge 5.00 per cat if you also have a cat.
