I recently added my services and availability to Rovers platform. I have Pet Daycare/Boarding insurance, we provide a clean, safe, spacious, friendly and playful environment for pets while your away. Most of my clientele have been with me for years; therefore reviews are not listed here as they’re not Rover clients but everyone wants to join them as they save on rates. Some of my clients come from out of town every year during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Others are local and/or as far from Delaware to Virginia when having to travel via any of the 3 Maryland/Washington DC based airports. Rover is a meeting platform for sitters & pet owners, therefore sitters set policy & pricing. A meet & greet is a must even for last minute request we can be do a virtual meeting. Once I get your request, I will reply within minutes to have a virtual chat. Experience: I have cared for pups from 10 weeks to 16 year old seniors, ferrets, rabbits, birds and cats. I’ve cared for high anxiety pups, pups with special needs and limited mobility as well as provided services for those that required constant 24hr care. We really care for the wellbeing of all the abandoned and unwanted animals, therefore we make monthly donations to ASPCA🐾💕 All pups in my care get plenty of exercise with indoor and outside play time in a huge fenced in backyard. No matter what service you choose all pets get plenty of love, cuddle time and tummy rubs🐾 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 My main priority is safety first; therefore we do low volume boarding to better monitor interactions, love on our guests more & to give them all the space or attention they want. We never let our guests feel overwhelmed and stressed with being around too many dogs. At arrival we let your pup take his/her time outside to get to know it’s surroundings and us, this way helps to ease any stress or separation anxiety before going inside. Your pup will never be bombarded by pups if any are already in our care, but introduced one at a time for safety and socialization purposes. If they don’t seem to want to interact or get along with others, we rotate play times and keep them separate. *** VERY IMPORTANT!!! If this is your pups first time away from home, please let me know, as I can take extra steps to ensure his or her comfortability while in our care. *Because we’ve been so busy with our private clientele, I’ve turned off the following services on Rover: In your home pet sitting, drop ins and walks. We do our best not to host aggressive pups and depend on the honesty of parents to provide us with accurate information and behavioral problems. If your pup should become aggressive in a unprovoked manner towards any other guest or human, services could be terminated without any refund. If your unable to retrieve your pup, or your emergency contact is not available we can discuss alternatives at that time, additional fees may apply. Intact pets are taken on a case by case basis at an additional cost. All precautions are taken when hosting unneutered & unspayed pups at the same time as they’re closely monitored. We do not host females in heat, should a circle start while in our care additional fees will apply. For health and wellness purposes whether needing boarding or daycare please make sure your pups are up to date on their vaccines, (please consult with your vet for time frame for vaccinations to take effect before start of service) preventive flea & tick treatments during Spring to Fall months. Pups should be clean and in good health upon arrival. I know that it can be stressful leaving your pup for the first time or with someone new, therefore I’m here to answer any questions, as we do a virtual chat before making a decision on either end. Puppies under 1 are accepted on a case by case basis at my discretion, puppy rate applies to all guests up to 16 months old, depending on dogs maturity it can be up to 18 months. Some breeds may not be accepted when hosting other dogs to remain in the guidelines of my pet insurance policy. We’re happy to host him/her alone (during non busy days) or multiples from the same family only if dates are available & will be at an additional cost. Guests over a 100lbs are taken at my discretion and an additional fee may be added for boarding & daycare if accepted. I offer Extended Stays and Long term boarding 30 days or more, pricing will be determined by pets needs and my availability during consultation. All Guests must provide updated vaccination records and emergency contact information before I will accept the booking for Daycare or Boarding!!! **Please note as stated above that I carry pet insurance coverage with PCI, LLC. Their policy is when your pup is not supervised they must be gated with no ability to escape, crated or in a confined room for safety and coverage. I am physically present 7am till lights out at 10PM. On very rare occasions I may have to step out for a scheduled appointment which you will be notified of. I also have a spacious bedroom suite for dogs under 40lbs, seniors, surgery recovery and for whom parents prefer to be alone and/or not crated for bedtime. This suite includes daybed, flat screen tv, fuzzy blankets, private bin of toys and pup pads incase of overnight incidents. Your pup(s) can relax in the suite at anytime during the day, like after playtime or just want some privacy and not just at bedtime. This suite is very popular with my private clients who have small pets and seniors; therefore is reserved on a first come basis.
