Kairo was in such incredible care with these two ♥️ their communication was above and beyond, we got fun pictures and you could tell he was treated like family over there. So grateful to have found them!!

I am sorry to be writing this review because we recently had a terrible experience with Tommy that could have been avoided if he was honest and upfront with us. We hired Tommy for 5 drop-in visits with our cats, and everything was great until the 4th scheduled visit. Until then, he was friendly, responsive, and punctual. A couple hours after he marked the 4th visit complete with a Rover card and picture, we realized that according to our security system, no one had entered our home. Once we were sure that he had not come as scheduled, I reached out to Tommy, saying that I hoped he was alright and asking for an update on that visit. He implied that the completed Rover card was correct, and only admitted he did not complete the visit after we told him about our security system. If we had not had a security system and confronted him, I have no idea how long our pets would have gone without food, or if he ever would have told us the truth. I completely understand that life happens, emergencies come up, and people forget. However, Tommy’s actions were very deceptive in my opinion. He never reached out to say he wouldn't be able to complete the visit as scheduled, created a Rover card for a visit that had not happened, included a picture from a previous visit, did not readily admit he skipped the visit, did not come forward with the truth when I asked for an update, and only admitted that he had never been there when we told him about our security system. I sincerely hope that Tommy learns from this experience. If he had just told me there was an issue, we could have worked with him. For me as a pet owner, having someone I hired fail to care for my pets is bad, but lying about having done so is much worse. This was my first time hiring Tommy, and I would not do it again because I can no longer trust what he says.
