I love running and playing with dogs. I regularly go play with the big dog of my neighbor, who is too old to give her dog exercise. My own dogs recently died at age 17 and I'm not ready for new ones yet, but I miss being around dogs. I've had big athletic dogs that play frisbee and little dogs who sing to my harmonica. I'm a grandfather and former Marine. I am spending a lot of time helping my elderly mom and am attuned to the needs of seniors (both dogs and humans). I have a 2017 van with a wheelchair ramp--in case anyone needs help getting a big, older dog to the vet or such. I live near the woods and can take energetic dogs on long walks. I can pull nasty things out of a dog's mouth. I can play fetch and take dogs swimming in the summer.
