I’m Tom and I recently moved into the area with my girlfriend. I work from home and couldn't convince my folks to let us borrow our family pup - so we're always looking for a new buddy to play with. Walks are the perfect break away from the computer-work and I enjoy bringing a pup along with me. I've been the primary caretaker for our family dogs since I was a teen and I walked and dog-sat friends' and neighbors' dogs throughout high school and college. If you have any preferences or are trying to teach your dog how to properly walk with someone, I can do that, otherwise we will go with the flow! I tend to keep a shorter leash for general safety to make sure dogs don't risk running ahead into the street if we need to cross it. I like to do brisk walks with the idea that we both feel like we got some exercise in, but that depends on what your dog is up for. I can get a feel for what they want pretty quickly. Burning through some of that high energy makes sure your pal doesn't feel cooped up by the time you get home. Solo, duo, or trio dog walks are great!
