Purr-fect Pet Sitters and Buddies!

Pet care experience

******************************PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING************************* 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 First time Rover user gets $20 off, use code NOELTG59176 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 🐾 We do not accept any new clients. 🐾 We do not accept dogs and cats under 1. 🐾 Dogs must be able to be alone for at least 8 hours. 🐾 Prefer dogs have basic training. 🐾 Other animals (Non dog or cat) are $20-$50 per night depending care needs. 🐾 No reptiles or insects. 🐾 Melanie will be joining us as a backup for emergencies ONLY, be it an issue with our (Tom & Noel's) family that would pull us away, or an overlapping booking that is running long due to client delay. 🐾 Even though there are three of us, we are no longer able to accommodate multiple bookings at the same time. Please refer to calendar for our availability. 🐾 All booking fees are subject to change and final. 🐾 To adequately prepare for the care of your pets, booking at least 1 weeks in advance and a meet & greet are required for all bookings except for repeat clients. 🐾 Walking hours: 7am-11am, 6pm-9pm during hot summer months. Depends on the weather. If its extremely hot or cold for us then we wouldn't walk or take any animal out. 🐾 We only house/pet sit for a minimum periods of 6 days (overnight) exception can be made on case by case basis. 🐾 Please feel free to reach out to see if we are available to meet your needs. ****************************************PLEASE READ ABOVE**************************** 🐾 Tom & Noel have personally had the pleasure of spending 15 years with Fiona and Giovanni, both Pugs shown in some of the pictures here. Unfortunately, they move on to the Rainbow Bridge in 2018. Over the course of those 15 years, Tom and Noel had a large variety of care needs for their dogs and have learned a lot of valuable experience from this. Now, doing Rover and hanging out with dogs and cats gives them the opportunity to get their share of love and cuddles while they're still deciding who will be the next furry family member. 🐾 Tom and Noel also have experience in house and dog sitting for many of their friends and clients. They like to go for long walks since they like to be active but they adapt to the needs of the pet as well. Older dogs may require short slow walks, for instance. 🐾 Hi! I'm Noel (far right of the profile picture). I was born in Philippines and raised in Hawaii. My husband, Tom (far left of the profile picture) was born and raised in Concord, CA. We both currently live in Concord, CA with my mother-in law, her Jack Russell/Chihuahua Mix, and my mother. This is another reason why we wanted to do Rover, just to get out and live beyond our bedroom. 🐾 Overall, what sets this team apart is that we’re just like any other people who loves dogs and cats. 🐾 Feel free to send us any questions to get to know more about us. ☺️ 🐾 Tom work as a Business Manager at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory during weekdays. I'm currently a student. I go to school fully online and continuing my education after obtaining my Associate of Science Degree on Business Administration from Diablo Valley College. **We care about other client's pets as they were our own and take care of their home with respect. We follow the Rover's sponsored checklist that their client filled. It set expectation for them to follow in order to provide a quality service for their pet and home. We value their ability to leave their client's home as they found it, or better. I'm available to spend with client's fur-kid(s) and would be around majority of the day. Tom works during the day to his day job but available in the evening. Both of us are available during the weekend. We follow the guidance of the clients by following the Rover sponsored checklist that the clients had previous filled out, this sets the expectations for everyone. Tom and Noel have been watching our three fur kiddos for a couple of years now and each time has been a wonderful experience for us. This past stay was the first time an emergency vet visit was needed with one of them (an accident our dog caused to his paw) and Tom and Noel treated him the same as if we had been there ourselves. They were extremely caring and patient as they handled his bandages, meds, and various other needs while he recovered. It's hard being away when something like this comes up, but I knew they were in the best hands with both of them. Thank you!!

The Tom, Noel and Melanie team are amazing!! We have used them several times and I am sure our kitty considers them part of the family by now. They have always treated our cats, plants and house with great care and respect. They do not just house “sit.” They actively bond with the animals they care for. Our older kitty recently passed away, and I know they feel his loss and miss him. We have family in Europe, and plan our visits around their availability. Knowing they are here gives us great peace of mind. They are a five star team in every way. Highly recommend!

Filling in the Rover sponsored Checklist prior to booking of service to ensure overall good fit for everyone, especially their pet(s). The Rover provided Checklist with some of their own questions are for them to review the client’s pets care needs, house rules, and ensure everyone are on the same page as far as expectations. A typical day

The typical day would try to follow what client's routine for their fur-baby or fur-babies. On top of that, we play with their pets and try to keep them entertain with toys they have and some of the toys we bring over too. We like to keep client's pets entertain as much as possible during their stay and visit. For walks if allowed depending on health and safety, we like to ask the client where they usually walk, and the type of walk their pets usually enjoy. We would take the dog to the park and/or walk the neighborhood depends on the weather. The idea is to provide the same routine as if the pet's parents hasn't left them. Overall, we just want the client’s pets to be happy and comfortable as much as possible while the clientele are away. (Updated as of Saturday, October 29th, 2022)
