Hi! I'm Anthony, I'm a certified veterinary technician with 9 years experience in general practice and ER/ICU critical care. Very comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, pets with medical conditions or behavioral needs. If your pets require oral medications, injections, blood glucose monitoring, ear/eye meds, or just about anything else you can think of, it's no problem! Will also perform nail trims, ear cleanings, express anal glands, bathe, or any related basic grooming (except for hair cuts!) Also very comfortable with birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets! Pets under my care will generally enjoy a full day(s) of attention and activities, depending on your wants and needs. I currently work relief as a Certified Veterinary Technician and generally have a very open schedule. We can discuss my potential work schedule during the time you book me and if a regular work shift might interfere with any of your pets needs. On days where I work, I would still be available to spend the nights with your pet, and provide walks and play time before and after shifts. On days where I do not work, my full day can be devoted to your pets! I have pet/house sat for families with anywhere from 1-5 dogs. I can keep up with your high energy dogs, and hang out with your couch potatos who just need someone to stay in with them. While caring for your pets I will strive to keep them comfortable by providing for them the same way you would, and letting them enjoy the daily routine they are used to, from feeding, to walks and potty breaks at their usual times, playing, their favorite treats and toys, to their favorite dog parks and beaches. Just be sure to inform me of these things so that I can keep them as happy as possible during your time away!
