Pet care experience
My family and I have had our dog, Toby, for 11 years so I am very accustomed to caring for a furry family member. I brush Toby's teeth a few times per week because he is half Chihuahua so we have to pay extra attention his dental health. In the past, we would go on longer hikes in the area until his back legs started to bother him. We still go on those hikes now, but I carry him in my backpack when he has trouble walking comfortably. These are just a few examples of how I care for my dog and look forward to caring for your dog(s) just the same. If your dog is the type that prefers to go on runs instead of walks, I would be a great fit as I stay in shape by going to the gym six days a week.

TJ is dependable, responsible, caring and fun! I know that my dogs needs will be well exceeded every time I put my trust in him! I know that my dog will also have a lot of fun too!
My dog is a very scared dog and TJ is the only person that she has ever trusted (besides myself) enough to take her for a walk. TJ is a fabulous dog walker! He always makes sure Hailey is getting all of her pent up energy out by walking/running with her and occasionally playing a little soccer with her in the backyard. I recommend TJ to all of my dog owning friends!

I would like to know about any physical limitations that will determine the level of activity and types of activities we can do together. I would also like to know their level of comfort with other dogs so I will know if it is safe for them to meet with dogs while on walks. Every dog is different, so if there are any specific personality traits you would like me to know about your dog that will be beneficial to our experience, knowing those traits would be great! I do not have any breed preferences - all dogs need love!
A typical day
I plan on bringing your dog(s) to any parks in the area to go on walks beyond just around the block. If you are comfortable with your dog going to dog parks, I am more than happy to bring them there as well. I would ask that you inform me of any physical limitations and/or social concerns (with dogs or people) your pup may have so I can plan accordingly. If trips to the dog park aren't feasible, playing in the yard or designated area in the house will be a great way to give your dog the exercise it needs.
