I’ve been a volunteer at a no kill shelter for 8 years where I currently do fostering for them. I also foster through a local rescue as well! I am experienced with giving medication, training puppies, and working with dogs with special needs. I love seniors and hold a special place in my heart for them, so I tend to foster seniors and have a ton of experience with them! I have two seniors myself, a three month old puppy, and a blind senior as a foster! My family has a passion for fostering and they love being around new dogs:) * if staying at our home, must be good with kids and other dogs thank you*. Also, I have crate trained as a “must”, but that is really for the sleeping arrangements! I have three little kids that will be full time in school next year, so my availability will be between 9:30am and 2:30pm for walks and drop ins! My summer is flexible! When watching your dog in our home, they will not be alone for more than a need to run errands/pick up kids, etc. I am home full time and my husband works from home, so we are here! When needed, I have crates to put them in. We have a large fenced in backyard to run around and play! If watching your dog in our home, we have various sizes of crates and dog beds. We also have a large fenced in yard and we have three dogs of our own, two small breeds and one large breed. We also have baby gates as well to contain! We can separate dog for feeding. We love running around and playing in the backyard with our furry family members:) When caring in your home for drop ins or walks, I will follow your instructions carefully! I am a stay at home mom with three kids in full day school, so I am home the majority of the time with all of the dogs with the exception of pick up/drop offs. My husband also works from home:) I have a larger fenced in back yard that thw dogs love to explore and play in! I also have crates, baby gates if a dog needs separated as well as many dog beds throughout our home to sleep on! I feed all dog separating in our mudroom with a baby gate so that everyone has their own space and time to feed.
