Greetings! I'm Tina, a.k.a., The Furry Godmother - and I can't wait to meet you and your beloved companion! I've been petsitting for 15+ years, in addition to caring for my own canine/feline companions who have had a variety of medical conditions and physical challenges over the years. Currently, I'm the proud owner of a disabled rescue (beagle) named Jasper. Our household is quiet, peaceful, and calm. My petsitting "style" would best be described as kind, nurturing, and gentle. I live at the edge of a wildlife preserve along the Bay where your baby will be treated to brief, leisurely strolls through a lovely wooded area leading to the home of migratory fowl and an abundance of other wildlife. I view each petsitting opportunity as a unique GIFT, and welcome special needs animals with open arms. I also offer *optional* healing energy and gentle massage treatments for your pet, in your home or mine. I could not have been any happier than I was with Tina. I have an older dog with health issues and desperately wanted to find someone who could watch him instead of putting him in a kennel. Her care was excellent and she did a great job keeping in contact with me while I was away. It is obvious she genuinely loves animals and I know she treated my dog like one of her own.
I met Tina about 3 years ago and can honestly say she is one of the most caring and kind-hearted women I've ever met. And she loves animals! I highly recommend Tina because I know that it's not just about providing feedings and outings for her... it's about creating a space of comfort, safety and love. She's also got tons of experience taking care of special needs pets. As a past petsitter, I would only recommend someone who I could trust... and that would be Tina.
Tina is an honest person who loves all animals! She takes pride in caring for others pets as well as her own. She is well educated and experienced in the care of special needs and senior animals as well! I would trust Tina with any of my furbabies!
When my husband and I travel, we rely on Tina to take care of our furbabies (3 cats). One of our cats gets picked on, so she has to be kept in a separate bedroom while we're away. Having Tina come by and visit with her, as well as the other two kitties, really puts our minds at ease. She is great about navigating the quirks, food preferences, and hiding places of three different purrsonalities. She gives us periodic updates by text message, so we know how everyone is doing. Tina is a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter. We highly recommend her!
