Hello new friends!
Pet care experience
I've loved animals of all shapes my whole life. I grew up on a farm and have owned dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, and rats. My current housing isn't pet friendly so I'm looking to spend some quality time with animals of all types. My primary experience is collies, labs, huskies, chihuahuas, and golden retrievers. I've walked dogs for shelters and enough friends that I can pretty comfortablely say there's not much that intimidates me. I have experience administering all kinds of meds, being vigilant of food allergies, and everything that comes with sensitive dogs. I love cats just as much as dogs. It can take a little more effort to gain a cats trust than a dog's but it's equally, if not more, rewarding to share a bond with them. I've done ear drops, liquid meds, and pill meds for cats.

I'm used to door dashers and sprinters, no one gets out past me! I keep all food out of reach and clean up after myself.
Information Tina H. would like to know about your pet
I'd like a clear understanding of the dogs temperament around strangers, cats, and other dogs and how well they do with car rides in the event we drive to the dog park. I need to know what kind of sleeping arrangements your dog is used to and how regularly they are let out during the day/evening. I will also need to know if your dog has any food allergies or medications. I love all dogs indiscriminately! size and breed don't make much difference.
A typical day
Im an avid runner so if your dogs into that we'll get along great. I've had a couple roller blade friendly dogs but that's reserved for the gentle ones. Fetch is a given but some of the intelligent breeds are more engaged with hiding toys/treats around a room and sending them in. Im creative, we'll find something fun to do. For the dogs who want to spend all day getting ear scratches and belly brushes, I'm down too.

Im currently an online student with an extremely flexible schedule. I am in the guard so some weekends aren't available. I have all day during the week while most people are at work.
