I have never left a negative review in my life and honestly still feel bad about leaving one, but this entire experience made me extremely uncomfortable and anxious from the beginning and I don’t want anyone else to go through it. Communication was terrible and Tina returned my dog to me with a big gash on her nose. After dropping my dog off and expressing concern that she may be afraid of a dog that was acting dominant/aggressive (I was not asked about dog temperament or informed that there would be about five other dogs there beforehand), I sent three messages (over a day-long period) asking for an update, just wanting to know if my dog was doing ok, before I got a response after literally begging for one. No additional updates were provided during my dog’s four-day trip. My dog (and I’m guessing the 4-5 others she was watching) were left alone on the 4th of July as fireworks went off, which I’m sure was very frightening for them. Tina returned my dog to me with a large gash on her nose that appears slightly swollen and had a large clump of dried blood. No explanation whatsoever about the injury. I wish I had not have left my poor pup here because it gave me anxiety not knowing what was happening (I asked for regular updates) and not having a good vibe from the start, and because clearly (evidenced by her injury) my dog did not have a good time. She was quiet, anxious and not herself for two days after returning.
