Pet care experience
My household was never without a pup! Our dogs were always rescues, and came with their fair share of health and behavioral issues; allergies, epilepsy, arthritis, dementia, reactivity, resource guarding, separation anxiety, etc. In addition to caring for the family pets, I've managed two horse stables, both of which had a pack of dogs and a crew of cats. I've been working in the (human) healthcare field for 8 years. I currently have one dog named Pickles. She is an American Bulldog with a neurological issue that makes it difficult for her to use her front legs. She still loves getting out and about in her wagon though!
Reviews
Tina was communicative, and arrived to the apartment on a timely manner. We were very happy with her! Would recommend for cat sitting, will definitely book her again.
Tina took great care of my senior beagle for daycare! I would recommend her services.
Great job with our dog. Communication was perfect and sent a lot of pictures.
Tina was great w my rescue pup who is strong and a little stubborn!

Safety, trust & environment
I have one dog and a fenced in backyard. My neighborhood is very dog friendly and not far from several parks and hiking trails. I have historically always had 2 dogs so I am used to managing multiple dogs in my home (unfortunately my senior dog crossed the rainbow bridge in 2022 and when Pickles developed neurological issues I decided against adopting a second dog). I typically allow my dog on the couch and on my bed but any rules/training that you have for your dog (i.e. no furniture, crating, muzzling, clicker training, etc.) can be enforced during their stay with me. Exceptions to this include prong and/or e-collars, although I do not pass judgement if you choose to use these methods.
Information Tina C. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any behavioral concerns (food aggression, separation anxiety, reactivity, etc). Also if they have a specific routine/schedule, special food, meds, etc. Please include as much detail as possible when describing their routine so I can create a consistent environment for your pet and make them feel at home!
A typical day
Dogs have access to the backyard 24/7 as well as multiple walks throughout the day. Depending on your pets preference we can also visit local parks and take nature hikes. The Wissahickon is within walking distance! If you would like me to take your dog on a hike please have them up to date on tick prevention.
Services
Tina can watch in your home
Availability
I work from home full time and all my of work is remote so my schedule is flexible. Because I have a dog of my own who requires extra care I am unable to house sit but I would love to have your pet in my home!
