Pet care experience
I have owned and taken care of many different types of animals during my life. I've owned horses, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, hampsters, rabbits, and many more! I love all types and have taken care of them in all stages of their lives. I have been helping my daughter care for her Rover Family and Outside Pet Family for a few years now. Letting them out mid-day when she works and staying over when her schedule is crazy! I work from home so I can be flexible. I can stay the night and regularly check in on the critters for bathroom breaks or walks! I treat any animal I watch like it's my own. Each animal is a member of my family and I treat them as such! Plenty of love, walks, and attention!

Tina did an excellent job taking care of our two dogs while we were on vacation. She played with them and sent us a ton of pictures. Our house was also exactly how we left it. We’d be happy to use Tina again!
Tina was wonderful. She looked after my geriatric diabetic blind dog and my younger high energy pup while I was away for the weekend. My younger dog is a little shy but she took to Tina right away. She sent updates and pics that helped ease my nervousness since this was my first time away with the new dog. Would highly recommend Tina! Her calm and kind demeanor helped ease my pups nervousness. Thank you Tina!
Tina stayed at our home for a week while we were out of town. Our older dogs loved her, as well did our shy cat. She kept us up to date with photos throughout the stay. She also checked on our chickens and watered some of my outdoor plants! Thanks so much Tina!

I typically let the pets guide what they want or need. I hang out with them in the evenings as much as they need. I utilize fenced back yards for potty breaks only and don’t leave them alone outside.

I think it's important to know how a dog does on a leash, or how they do when around other animals. Those two factors will determine where I walk, I always make sure to cross the street when other dogs are coming so as to avoid any sort of issues.
A typical day
Walks are a fantastic way to get out energy! A really long walk or several short ones depending on the day. Throwing a ball or playing with toys is also a fantastic way to bond and expend energy! I'll do whatever the owner suggests for their animal!

Availability
I work full time from my home based office. I can provide potty breaks mid-day for dogs within a 10 min radius of Monroe. If you live outside that radius your pets will need to be alone for 8-9 hours. I can provide more constant care on the weekends.
