Tim is a nice guy, and our dogs liked him. The dogs seem to have been well cared for while we were away, but we heard from one of our neighbors they were concerned about how long the dogs were being left alone. Before we left, Tim and I toured the house with a detailed list of things we would be paying him to take care of. He seemed to understand and said he was happy to do what we were asking for, but..... On our return, we found 2 weeks of trash in the barrel, which was supposed to be put out for collection twice while we were gone. Also, the hydroponic herb garden I gave clear instructions for was dead for lack of watering. And, at first, I couldn't find one of the bedsheets I'd left for Tim to use. Eventually, though, I found it dumped on the floor, behind the bed, along with a blanket and pillow. All in all, a very disappointing experience and we will not be asking Tim to stay with our dogs again :(

Tim is very responsible, dependable and honest and most importantly connects with pets in his own unique way. They warm to him immediately and he seems to know what they need and when! You will see the connection and trust between your pet and Tim when they are introduced. He has the same insight with young children which is unusual for a young man his age. I highly recommend Tim!
