She sat for my two cats while I was away for two weeks outside of the US, so it was imperative that services were done consistently as a quick return flight isn't possible being several timezones away. On multiple occasions she did not arrive in both time slots (one in the morning and one at night as agreed), nor within those visits did she stay for the entire 30 minutes indicated would be done per per. She brought her child with her into my house on one visit after explicitly indicating she did not want to bring her child with her (and did not ask me permission or indicate bringing her child was needed), and on two different occasions did not show up for nearly 24 hours to take care of my pets. So watering, feeding and cleaning litter boxes were left for nearly 24 hours multiple times which is never ok. My pets like a routine and must be fed at least twice a day, and I would've hoped as a Vet Tech she would understand that in her line of work and also being within such close distance to our home available to uphold the agreement. Additionally, she was supposed to come 1 hour per visit and on multiple visits she was there several time for less than 10 minutes with some visits indicated with 2 - 5 minutes from the alerts from our door lock when she came in and when she came out. I am very unhappy with her overall service and I do not find her reliable enough to be a pet sitter, nor placing her job as Rover as seriously as her Vet Tech career would be as they still handle pets that require a lot of care and attention.

Myjah is so thoughtful and kind! She trekked out in the snow and several times on Christmas to care for my cat. She also plays with him a lot, which is super helpful because he’s energetic.
