Weekend adventures for your pup!
Pet care experience
We are 2 dog dads with our own 2-pup pack here in the big City. One of us rasied several dogs growing up, while the other spent his youth sitting & boarding his military neighbors' dogs (& other pets) for extended periods. Now in SF, we both really enjoy a lifestyle that keeps our pups (and us!) active & healthy. No doubt - your own pup(s) will have a great time with our little pack whenever you're away! (También se habla español!)

Safety, trust & environment
We generally prefer to board pups in our own well dog-proofed home. One of us is always home during week, so the dogs are never alone. Our home and main dog vehicle (Subaru) are both equipped with doggy first-aid kits. We are also plugged in looseley to some of the local dog walker networks (after years training our own escape-artist, shelter rescue husky), online and off.

Information Tim P. would like to know about your pet
We will always clear any trekking plans with you (e.g. Prefer to keep them in town? OK to take them trekking out of the Bay) - and verify all your care and feeding requirements and preferences, too. Let us know if your dog has any other special needs and we'll work with you, too. Generally we prefer house-trained dogs, but if
A typical day
During the work week, our pups get out a daily minimum of 4 times: - morning potty break(15-25min), - a big daytime walk/hike (1-4hr*), - an afternoon/early evening walk (35-45min), - and the final potty break (15-25min) *If we stay around town on weekends, your pup will get longer midday walks at Fort Funston, Chrissy Field, or Limantour Beach.

Availability
We offer dog boarding in our home, daily dog weekday walks, and drop-in house and pet sitting (cats, birds, lizards, gerbils, etc.). Our preferred schedule for boarding NEW dogs is within the "extended weekend", between Thurs-Mon. (Returning pups are welcome any days were available). Dog walks for us are best on weekdays, but we often have flexibility. Drop-in house or pet sitting can be arranged around our availability. One of us is always home these on weekdays, so the dog care routine is consistent for boarders (see below). Our weekends are the most fun - when we love to seek outdoor treks at dog-friendly places: day hikes, beach runs, canoe treks, or camping overnighters! If you approve, we are always happy to include returning boarders on our adventures (at no additional cost). Whatever you prefer, your pup will love joining us for some great outdoor days. Of course, if you need longer boarding or for dates not on our calendar, please reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.
