I am so disappointed! I booked a total of 6 walks with Tim, 3 for today (5/21) and 3 for 5/22- I broke my foot so it's been challenging to get my girl out the way I normally would. I was super grateful that I found someone that could assist. 1st walk was scheduled at 8am, Tim text me saying he had an emergency and would it be OK if he came at 8:30....no problem, however he didn't get here until 9. No biggie, Tim was nice and Roxy seemed to like him and vice versa. He took her on a 30 minute walk and when he came back we decided to push the 2nd walk from 1pm to 1:30....I told him no later that I had to leave by 2ish. Mind you, it's my right foot that's broken so I can't drive and dependent on family/friends to run me around so my day is scheduled. I have to be respectful of others time. 1;37, Tim isn't here, I text asking him if he's on his way, no response, 1:45 another text, no response, I call Rover they try to reach him, no response. At this point I can't depend on Tim so I told Rover to cancel because I have to try and find someone else to help. Then at like 1:56 Tim text back saying he had the worst luck today and he was on his way..unfortunately I had to tell him not to bother because I had to leave. Tim was rely nice but not dependable and not great communication. Had he text me prior to 1:30 I might have been able to push everything back by an hour but he didn't even bother. Be respectful of your clients time and if something happens, communicate. It would have made all the difference.
