My husband is a professional dog behavioralist, who formerly worked with Cesar Milan and I became a CPDT last year after. A major career shakeup. Our dream retirement home includes a rescue center for dogs and cats and this is just a step in that direction. I am home throughout the day full-time and my husband works hands-on with dog walking and behaviors sometimes at home/sometimes traveling. Dogs are typically kept in kennels overnight and are monitored at all times via audio and video including motion sensor alerts so we can make sure everyone is safe and happy! I do have a large cat “hotel” which is used for group play during the day but can be closed off in two compartments if needed for health or behavior concerns. We work as a team to accommodate both our regular doggy daycare and drop-in clients, and our full-time boarders, and include the whole family in their daily activities. Guests receive love, affection and care from the whole family and if scheduling conflicts arise, we have two associates who also assist with caring for our own pets able to step in to fill any gaps-so you know with a team of 6 your pet will never be lonely or in need.
