I have been an obsessed Dog Mom for the past 17 years. Sometimes I talk to dogs & cats more than people. I will always treat your pet with TLC and don’t mind any special requests for care, feeding, play, walking style or their favorite route. You will always receive a report from me about what we did, your pet’s behavior, and if there were any concerns. I am currently available 4-5 days per week as I work 2 days as a Registered Nurse. I currently have a Pug and a Boston Terrier myself! I am comfortable with all dog breeds as long as they have no record of aggression towards people. I also have previously volunteered at a cat shelter locally. I understand that pets are family and it’s hard to trust a new person with caring for them. Dear dog owner, I am writing to recommend Tiffany Melton as a friend for your pets. She isnt just a caregiver, she treats them as if they are her kids. She talks and engages with them to cheer them up. My dog has social issues, but wags whenever he sees her. I like to travel and used to worry about my dog. She sends me pics and updates while im away. Since she's a nurse, I trust her judgement in caring for my pet in my absence. I’ve never met a Pup that I don’t like! But, I do have a special place in my heart for Pugs since I rescued my first one 12 years ago. Before I care of a dog I like to know his key words/phrases that encourage them to obey, go potty, etc. I would also like to know any things that the dog might be affaid of, or that may cause aggression.
A typical day
I love to take dog walks at Quail Ridge Park which is near my home. They have great paved trails, as well as off leash play areas for dogs. There is a “small dog” and “larger dog” fenced in areas. I will only take your doggo into the leash-free area with your consent! I also like to run, walk, and play fetch with dogs of all sizes. I have an abundance of toys to share when your fur babies come to play. After playtime we love to lay in the sunshine rays and then take a quick snooze on the deck or the couch. Dogs are family in my house, so we all treat them with love and respect!
