Pet care experience
I have a degree in Animal Sciences from Ohio State University. I have 10 years of experience in animal care working in a professional setting, including cleaning and providing medications to animals. I have cared for many pets for up to two weeks at a time. I can no longer board pets at my house or stay overnight elsewhere; however, I am willing to drive to a client's home or take public transportation to get to client’s home. I have no greater passion than my love for animals. Please consider letting me care for your fur baby. 😊

Tierney was amazing with my dog! It was my dogs first time ever being with a dog sitter and not with us and she did an amazing job getting him used to it and calming him down. She sends lots of pics and always kept me updated. She was also very quick and responsive. I highly recommend her and will be booking with her again in the future!
Tierney did a great job with my girl. Very attentive and flexible.
Daily photos & the easiest drop off/pick up. Even had a meet and greet prior to the appointment just to make sure our dogs got along. Archie was so sweet and willing to play with my 3 year old. My dog even got sick one night and Tierany was so gracious about it (despite how mortified I was). My pup came home happy & exhausted! Would definitely recommend.

I always prefer to meet the dog/cat before I start services so we can get to know each other and gain each other’s trust. I will also ask client what the pet’s day to day routine is so I can follow it as best as I can to help reduce any stress the pet may experience.

I would like to know if the dog is friendly with dogs and people; this will let me know who/what I should avoid while walking the dog. I don't have any breed preferences. I prefer medium or small sized dogs.
A typical day
I will take dogs for long walks to help them release energy. If client has any enrichment items, I can provide this to pets to help stimulate their minds.

Availability
I work full-time M-F, so weekend care for pets is most ideal for me. I can provide occasional morning or night walks during the week, but I am unable to commit to anything long term during weekdays.
