I appreciate Tiera so much! She is just so communicative. She still sends me lots of texts and pics about my bunny when she visits even though she’s now cared for her a few times. It just makes me feel at ease so much more. Highly recommend.

This chick is a bad person. She asked me to send her the payment of $142 through Cashapp. The service I was trying to update on the app for my three dogs for a drop in ffor four visits. I assumed she canceled the two itinerary and just you know take the cash out because that was for all three dogs for those three visits. I thin so my bank account and saw where the money was coming out of my bank account for all four visits now I was refunded $102 but I'm still out $51 $142. I called when I called her she told me to get the money back from Rover. Once I talk to customer service they told me her account was flagged for having people pay her outside of Rover. I will never use Rover again. This time all the next time so if you book any appointments with her I would cancel the appointment and find another sitter. She is not to be trusted. She gets zero stars.
