Excellent! Emma loves her!

This was my first time using Rover.com. I contacted Tiara and we did a "meet and greet" with my Jack Russell. After seeing that my dog was comfortable with her, and she with him, we arranged an eight night stay. I can't say enough about the care Tiara extended to my old, deaf Jack Russell. We are new to the area and this was the first time Jack has stayed with someone other than family. Tiara understands dogs, she takes the time to get to know personalities and quirks and cares for her "guests" accordingly. She was patient and loving to him; it was a challenge for the first few days until Jack was feeling safe and comfortable and she hung in there with him. I received daily videos and updates. I will look forward to our next trip knowing that Jack now has a good place to stay! Thank you Tiara!!!
